Please join us for our annual Hut Hike & Overnight. This exciting backcountry adventure usually begins on a Saturday morning at a trailhead in the White Mountains. Our hiking groups begin their trek to an Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC) Hut by 9AM. This gives each group plenty of time to reach the Hut by the traditional 6PM AMC backcountry dinner hour.

We dine on hearty AMC fare and spend a comfortable yet rustic evening enjoying the camaraderie of our fellow hikers. Sleeping will be in co-ed bunkrooms with bunks stacked up to 4 high! The AMC provides each of their guests a bunk with mattress, a pillow and 3 wool blankets. The bathrooms are wheelchair accessible and outfitted with composting toilets and sinks with cold running water. There are no shower facilities.

In the morning we will be beckoned to rise in AMC fashion at 6:30AM, and served a hearty breakfast at 7:00AM. After breakfast, the current weather report, and some entertainment, we will pack our gear and start our return hike.

Please note that you will be responsible for providing your own "daytime" food. A complete packing list and additional details will be provided to registered participants.
